Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Our accessibility commitment

Patch Crew LLC (“Patch Crew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making patchcrew.co, our stories, and our digital resources usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies or navigate with a keyboard, voice controls, zoom, reduced-motion settings, or other access methods.

Standards and conformance

Our current goal is to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Patch Crew has not received a formal third-party accessibility certification, and we do not claim that every page, feature, or third-party service fully conforms at all times. We use internal review, available testing tools, and user feedback to identify and address barriers.

How we support accessibility

Our design and publishing practices aim to support accessibility through:

• Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus states

• Semantic headings, labels, and meaningful link text

• Clear hierarchy, readable typography, and responsive layouts

• Color contrast and cues that do not rely on color alone

• Alternative text or written context for meaningful images

• Ongoing checks across common browsers, devices, and interaction methods

Accessibility is considered throughout the Patch Crew design system, but real-world experiences vary by browser, device, assistive technology, and content format.

Known limitations and alternatives

Some Patches use multi-panel artwork, speech bubbles, motion, or other visual storytelling. A concise text alternative or summary may communicate the story’s purpose more clearly than a literal description of every visual detail. Where appropriate, we aim to provide:

Available alternatives may include:

• Alternative text describing the purpose or essential meaning of artwork

• Written summaries or supporting copy that conveys the central story

• A reasonable alternative format or explanation when requested and feasible

Third-party forms, email tools, checkout services, and experimental visual effects may not behave consistently with every assistive setup. If any content, animation, control, or external service creates a barrier, contact us and describe the page and problem so we can investigate and offer a reasonable alternative where possible.

Assessment and ongoing improvement

Patch Crew currently assesses accessibility through self-evaluation rather than an independent audit. Our ongoing review considers:

• Accessibility feedback from visitors

• Changes to WCAG and related accessibility guidance

• New content, components, platform updates, and third-party integrations

We prioritize issues that prevent people from reaching content, understanding information, navigating the site, or completing important actions.

Accessibility feedback and support

If you experience an accessibility barrier, contact us through the form below. If possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any browser or assistive technology details you are comfortable sharing. We will review the issue and work toward a practical fix or reasonable alternative.
