All content on this site is owned by Patch Crew LLC, unless otherwise stated, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:
• The Patch Crew name, word mark, and logos (including text-based and graphic logos)
• patchOS and its six core habit system (Plan Ahead, Eat Well, Move Often, Stress Less, Love More, Sleep Deep), including their names, structure, original written expression, and associated visual identifiers, color systems, and logos
• PatchBot, including character design, name, likeness, and personality
• Patch Pick logos for each of the six core habits
• Original characters appearing in Patch Crew Patches, illustrations, and related narrative works
• Original written content, storytelling, illustrations, panel layouts, original visual compositions, graphics, and design elements
• Newsletter and editorial content, including Patch Notes, Patch Previews, and Patch Picks, along with associated branding, visual systems, and logos
• Site copy, illustrations, graphics, and design elements
Original content and creative works
Patch Crew, patchOS, PatchBot, and related names, logos, and visual identifiers are trademarks or service marks (whether registered or unregistered) of Patch Crew LLC. Nothing on this site grants you any license or right to use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Patch Crew content—including text, illustrations, characters, stories, systems, and visual assets—may not be used, scraped, reproduced, or incorporated into artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or training datasets without prior written consent from Patch Crew. Any unauthorized use for machine learning, artificial intelligence training, data mining, or model development is expressly prohibited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may view, share links to, and reference Patch Crew content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you do not reproduce or modify it. Requests for permission to use Patch Crew’s intellectual property must be submitted in writing through our contact form and are subject to prior written approval by Patch Crew LLC.
Fictional content disclaimer
Some content on Patch Crew, including characters, names, stories, and scenarios, is fictional and created for educational and entertainment purposes. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or to real events is purely coincidental and not intended to represent any specific person or real-life situation.
4. Newsletter and communications
If you subscribe to Patch Notes or request other email updates, you consent to receive those communications from us. Kit manages subscriptions and email delivery on our behalf. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. We do not sell or rent email addresses.
5. Donations and payments
Patch Crew accepts voluntary donations through Stripe and sells digital products through Gumroad. We do not directly store or process full payment-card information. Stripe and Gumroad process payment and transaction data under their own terms and privacy policies. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, donations are voluntary and non-refundable, and digital-product purchases are subject to the terms shown at checkout and any rights required by applicable law.
6. Affiliate links
Some links on the site may be affiliate links. This means Patch Crew may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through those links. Affiliate relationships do not influence editorial content, recommendations, or opinions.
7. Third-party links and services
The site is built and hosted with Framer and uses service providers that may include Kit, Stripe, Gumroad, Framer Analytics, and Plausible Analytics. The site may also link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

Content on Patch Crew is provided for informational and educational purposes only. While Patch Crew explores wellness, habits, and lifestyle topics through storytelling, science, and design, we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

10. Arbitration and class action waiver
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the site, or any content, products, or services provided by Patch Crew shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
You agree that you may bring claims against Patch Crew only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Small claims & equitable relief carve-outs
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies, provided it is brought in the appropriate jurisdiction. This arbitration provision also does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property misuse or unauthorized use of the site.
Arbitration procedure
The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Unless otherwise required by law, the arbitration will take place in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, unless otherwise required by law or allocated by the arbitrator under applicable rules.
Opt-out right
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by providing written notice to Patch Crew through our contact form or by postal mail within 30 days after first accepting these terms. The notice must include your name, the email address associated with your interaction if applicable, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
Severability
If any portion of this arbitration or class action waiver provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver of jury trial and class actions
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
